Ready to relax and enjoy your wedding? Hand off your vendors and contracts to us 30 days before your big day, and we’ll take it from there. After our “Hand-off Meeting,” we’ll create a custom Day-of Timeline that brings your wedding vision to life, down to every last detail.

What’s Included:
1-hour Initial Call: We'll discuss your wedding plans, needs, timeline, and vendor/venue details.
Vendor Contract Review: We’ll review all contracts for up to 6 vendors.
Custom Timeline Development: We’ll craft a detailed timeline tailored to your day.
Vendor Coordination: We’ll handle all calls and emails with your vendors (up to 6), ensuring everyone is aligned and ready.
Final Communications: We’ll manage any last-minute details with your venue and vendors.
Timeline Delivery: We’ll introduce ourselves to your venue and deliver your timeline, including up to 2 rounds of edits.
Ongoing Support: Email and text support throughout the month to address any questions or needs.

Optional Add-Ons:
Additional Consult Calls: $250 per hour
On-site Coordinator: $1,000 - $2,500 depending on hours needed
