Booking your wedding venue:
Venue Research - We can create a customized research report for you (to include up to 10 options that suit your needs) $350
Venue Visits - We can visit as many venues as you'd like on your behalf to ask questions, take photos/video, & measurements $150 per visit
Venue Contract Negotiation - Leave it to us, and we'll negotiate on your behalf to get you exactly what you want $100
Designing your wedding:
Picking a Florist - It's fun to pick out your decor, but let us do the boring vendor research for you. We'll create a custom report of local Florists / Event Designers who come highly recommended, and who are available on your date (will include up to 5 options that suit your needs) $150
Liaising with your Florist / Design teams - Just keep pinning on Pinterest, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll translate your pins into actionable requests for your event design team, making sure to keep your color scheme and design cohesive across all of your design vendors $150
Hourly consultation support - Not sure what's next? Need help with picking out favors? Want limo company recommendations? Or do you just need to sit on the phone with us for an hour and VENT about your wedding planing frustrations, and ask for advice? We can help with all of it!
$75 per hour for Skype/Facetime/Google Hangout calls
$150 per hour for an in-person meeting, at the location of your choice in NYC Metropolitan area.
Day of Coordination:
Your dedicated wedding coordinator $125 per hour for a senior coordinator (min. 4 hour booking)
An assistant coordinator, for an extra helping hand $300, full day rate
A la carte help on your big day
- Decor setup at one location (priced per location, ceremony / cocktail hour) $200
- Decor setup at reception (includes table decor) $350
- Decor breakdown at end of event, priced per location $200
