Day of Coordination:

Includes venue staff management, vendor staff management, Day of Timeline creation and management, vendor load-in & load-out, VIP guest management & guest requests, light setup of favors & decor.

Handoff your vendors and contracts one month before your big day! After one of our “Handoff Meetings” and a venue walk through, we develop a Day of Timeline and execute your wedding dreams down to every detail.

Base Package     $1,800 for One coordinator (8 onsite hours)

Premium Package     $2,800 for Two coordinators (16 onsite hours)

Preferred Package     $3,800 for Two coordinators (24 onsite hours)


Venue & Vendor Management:

Preferred venue and vendor research and suggestions. Assistance with hiring, corresponding, managing and confirming with all wedding vendors. Vendors can include the officiant, florist, band, DJ/MC, entertainment, tenting, rentals, transportation, hotel, bakery and more!

Base Package     $1,500 - management of up to 6 vendors

Premium Package     $2,000 - management of up to 8 vendors

Preferred Package     $2,500 - management of up to 10 vendors
